Review candidate matches
When developers opt in to your job, you receive candidate briefs. Review each brief and click Approve to make an introduction or Pass to skip.
What's in a candidate brief
A candidate brief includes profile details, experience summary, tech stack alignment, screening question answers, and engagement signals. It replaces the first screening call.
After you approve a candidate
After approval, we introduce you via email. You and the candidate can then schedule a call directly. Continue in your normal interview workflow from there.
Understanding candidate feedback
Candidate feedback shows why developers passed on your job. Use it to improve your listing. Available on Super Agent plans.
