Job import can fail due to inaccessible URLs, unsupported formats, or content issues. Try a different URL, upload a file instead, or create manually.
Not seeing matches
No matches can be caused by restrictive requirements, missing compensation, incomplete profiles, or niche role criteria. Review and optimize your listing.
Cannot submit job for review
Submission is blocked when required fields are incomplete. Check the completeness bar for missing items: title, tech stack, location, compensation, and description.
ATS sync not working
ATS sync issues are usually caused by disconnected integrations, permission changes, or job mapping problems. Check connection status and re-authenticate if needed.
Payment or billing issues
Payment issues are usually caused by card problems, insufficient funds, or bank blocks. Update your payment method or contact your bank.
Slack channel not connecting
Slack issues are usually caused by Slack Connect being disabled, wrong email, or invitation not seen. Check your Slack admin settings and spam/notifications.
Job stuck in review
Reviews typically take 24-48 hours. If longer, check email for feedback requests. Jobs may require changes before approval. Contact support after 48 hours.
Account access problems
