Inviting team members
How to invite
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click your organization's settings icon
- Find Team or Members section
- Click Invite
- Enter their email address
- Click Send Invitation
What they receive
- Email invitation to join
- Link to create account (or sign in if existing)
- Automatic access to your organization
Invitation expiration
- Invitations expire after 7 days
- You can resend if needed
- They can request a new invitation
Team member permissions
What team members can do
All team members have equal access:
- View all jobs in the organization
- Create and edit jobs
- Review candidate briefs
- Approve or pass on candidates
- Access candidate history
- Edit organization settings
What they cannot do
- Delete the organization
- Remove other members (admin only)
- Access billing details (admin only)
Managing team members
Viewing your team
- Go to organization settings
- See list of all team members
- View their status (active, pending invite)
Removing a team member
- Go to organization settings
- Find the team member
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
They lose access immediately. Their past activity is preserved.

- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Resend invitation
Cannot access organization?
- Confirm invitation was accepted
- Check correct email was used
