Symptoms
- Submit button is disabled or grayed out

Possible causes
Missing required fields
Every job needs:
- Job title: Cannot be empty
- Tech stack: At least one technology
- Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site specified
- Compensation: Salary range required
- Description: Job description text
Validation errors
- Invalid data: Salary cannot be negative, etc.
- Format issues: Incorrect input format
- Character limits: Text too long or too short
Account issues
- Not logged in: Session expired
- No organization: Company not set up
- Permission issue: Account problem
Resolution steps
Step 1: Check the completeness bar
- Open your job in the editor
- Look at the completeness bar at the top
- Click on any orange/incomplete items
- The form scrolls to the missing field
Step 2: Complete each required field
Title: Enter a clear job title
- Example: "Senior Backend Engineer"
Tech stack: Add at least one technology
- Click the tech stack field
- Type and select technologies
Location: Specify work arrangement
- Select: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site
- Add city/country if applicable
Compensation: Add salary range
- Enter minimum salary
- Enter maximum salary
- Select currency
Description: Write job description
- Minimum length required
- Describe the role and responsibilities
Step 3: Fix validation errors
If you see red error text:
- Read the error message
- Correct the issue
- Error should disappear
Common errors:
- Salary minimum higher than maximum
- Required field left empty
- Text too short
Step 4: Save and refresh
Sometimes the UI needs a refresh:
- Save your current work
- Refresh the browser page
- Open the job again
- Try submitting
Step 5: Check account status
If still blocked:
- Ensure you are logged in
- Verify you have an organization set up
- Check for any account notifications
Required fields checklist
Before submitting, confirm:
- Job title is filled in
- At least one technology selected
- Location type chosen (remote/hybrid/on-site)
- Salary minimum entered
- Salary maximum entered
- Currency selected
- Job description written
- No red error messages visible
- Completeness bar shows 100% (or checkmark)
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- All fields appear complete but submit fails
- Error message is unclear or unexpected
- You see a technical error or crash
- Account access issues persist
