Why your personal profile matters
Developers are sharing real information about themselves when they opt in to a conversation. They expect the same from you.
A complete recruiter profile:
- Builds mutual trust: Developers see they are talking to a real person
- Increases responses: Profiles with photos see 2-3x higher engagement
- Shows commitment: Taking time on your profile signals you are serious

Keep it concise and relevant to the developers you are hiring.

- Connect to Slack (optional): Direct support channel
Completing all items significantly improves your results.
Impact on response rates
Based on data from thousands of introductions:
| Profile status | Estimated response rate |

| Photo only | 75-85% |
| Complete + verified | 85-95% |
Taking 5 minutes to complete your profile can dramatically improve your results.
