What "per role" means
You pay for each active role:
- Active: Job is live and matching
- Paused: Not billed (no matching)
- Draft: Not billed (not submitted)
- Closed: Not billed (permanently ended)
Example: You have 5 roles total, but only 2 are active. You pay for 2.
No placement fees
