Why company profile matters
Developers evaluate opportunities based on the company behind them. A complete profile:
- Builds trust: Developers can verify you are a real company
- Increases response rates: Profiles with photos and descriptions see higher engagement
- Shows professionalism: First impressions matter
Companies with complete profiles see significantly higher opt-in rates from developers.
What to include
Company logo
Upload a clear, recognizable logo:
- Square format works best (400x400px or larger)
- PNG or JPG format
- Your official company logo, not a stock image
Company name
Use your official company name as developers would recognize it:
- "Acme Corp" not "Acme Corporation Inc."
- Match what appears on your website and LinkedIn
Company website
Add your company URL so developers can learn more:
- Use your main company website
- Make sure the link works and is not behind a login
Company description
Write a brief description (2-3 sentences) that helps developers understand:
- What your company does
- What makes it interesting to work there
- Your tech focus or industry
Example: "Acme builds developer tools that make shipping code 10x faster. We are a remote-first team of 50 engineers working on CI/CD infrastructure used by thousands of companies."
Location
Add your company headquarters or primary office location:
- City and country is sufficient
- If remote-first, indicate "Remote" as location
How to edit your company profile
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click your company name in the sidebar
- Click the Settings icon next to your company name

You can also access company settings from any job listing by clicking your company name.
Multiple organizations
If you recruit for multiple companies, you can:
- Create separate organizations for each
- Switch between them from the dashboard
- Manage jobs independently for each company
